I have began my multisport career in 2005 following graduation from Adams State College where is was able to achieve 6-time All-American Status in Cross-Country and Track. Triathlon career highlights including a 6 year streak as the winner of the Mile High Duathlon Series, 5 Professional Duathlon World Championships Team USA births including a 12th and 13th place finish, and multiple top local and international triathlon finishes from the sprint to 70.3 distances. This year has seen a shift in focus to the Xterra off-road format of triathlon Outside of triathlon I can be found coach/advising athletes in multi-sport and run training, rehabbing student athletes and weekend warriors in the Physical Therapy clinic (my other profession, Physical Therapist), and spending time hanging out with my wife and two sons.
