Jennifer Fisher has been running since her mid-twenties and can’t imagine the sport not being part of her life. She has had some amazing experiences thanks to running including racing the original Athens marathon, carrying the torch through Austin for the XIX Winter Olympics and completing two bucket-list races this year, the Boston Marathon and the Hood to Coast Relay. As one of the top Master’s runner in Texas, Jennifer is constantly looking for a new challenge and way to keep fit and has incorporated CrossFit into her training with excellent results. In 1999, she transitioned to zero-drop running shoes and tweaked her running form through the POSE Method and has been running stronger and injury-free since. In addition to being an avid runner, Jennifer is a recipe creator, cooking coach and healthy food and fitness blogger.
